# QuickPharms

> QuickPharms is pharmacy management software for Nigerian pharmacies: point of sale, inventory and double-entry accounting in one system that keeps selling when the network drops. It runs on a phone, tablet or computer as an installable web app.

QuickPharms was built behind a real pharmacy counter in Lagos to replace Excel sheets and hardback log books. It is built and run by Chibuike Ewenike.

## Working today

- Offline selling with automatic sync. Each sale carries its own ID, so a replay never records the same sale twice
- Fast search with live stock badges and barcode lookup
- Stock ledger, adjustments with approval, weighted-average cost
- Credit customers, held carts, voids that reverse cleanly
- Suppliers, purchase orders, goods received, expenses
- Double-entry books: trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, debtor aging
- Demand report: searches that find nothing are logged, and repeated requests become reorder suggestions that turn into purchase orders
- Complaints register that alerts the owner to severe cases
- Several branches under one pharmacy, each with its own stock and prices, and transfers between them
- Analytics for sales, products, stock and expiry, customers, suppliers, staff and forecasts
- Audit log of who did what, on which device, and when
- Each pharmacy's data separated at the database
- Trials and plans that never lock you out: a lapsed account turns read-only and records stay visible

## On the way

- Ask-your-books assistant (built, in testing): plain-language questions about sales, staff, spending and supplier balances, answered from the pharmacy's own records. It never gives dosage or medical advice
- Profit and loss per branch
- Prescription scanning and voice ordering (built, in testing)
- Planned: electronic prescriptions from clinics and hospitals using the FHIR standard
- NAFDAC and PCN report formats. QuickPharms does not claim certification it does not have

## Founding pilot

Ten Lagos pharmacies, free while we test. Send a stock sheet (an Excel file or a photo of the stock book), see your own data in QuickPharms within 48 hours, then sell through it for two weeks. Founding pharmacies keep a locked-in founder rate.
